Experience

My practice at Jester Gibson & Moore focuses on employment matters and civil litigation. After law school, I clerked for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr., in the Denver District Court for a year and a half. I completed a variety of civil rights and litigation-focused coursework during law school, as well as externships in private practice, non-profit, and governmental settings.

In my employment practice, I represent individuals and employers. This includes advising clients on such documents as employment and separation agreements, and company handbooks. Generally, I represent individuals in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. In addition, my practice covers business and contract disputes.
