ABOUT THE FIRM

We are able to attract and retain a variety of clients and matters because of the high caliber of our legal service, the responsiveness of our client service, and our willingness to adapt our approach to the needs of each lawsuit or transaction.

Jay Jester and Tom Gibson founded our firm in 2002 with the goal of providing first-rate legal services in a small, responsive environment.  The firm became known as Jester Gibson & Moore, LLP when Brian Moore joined the partnership in 2009.

The success of our approach manifests in various ways. Most important is our clients, many of whom (including some of the largest) have been with us as long as the firm has been in existence and who are the source of most of our referrals. Far less important, although satisfying nonetheless, is our recognition in various professional publications, such as the AV rating (the highest possible) awarded the firm by the Martindale Hubble Legal Directory.

Many of our attorneys have practiced at larger law firms.  We possess the skills and experience of big-firm lawyers but enjoy serving our clients in the more flexible and nimble environment of a smaller firm.  We understand that our success must always be measured against our client’s goals, and that our methods must be adapted accordingly.  We likewise understand that our services must be cost-effective as well as effective, with cost-effectiveness measured very differently in a routine commercial eviction action than in a dispute arising out of a $70 million transaction.
